Halloween 2012
BARDO THODOL, literally translated as The Liberation Through Hearing in the Intermediate State, and more commonly known as The Tibetan Book of the Dead, is a text that describes and guides one through the experiences that the consciousness has after death, during the interval between death and the next rebirth, including information on the signs of death and rituals to undertake when death is closing in, or has taken place.
This show is a visual, sonic, and performative collaboration between the artists with the intention of holding space for, confronting and dancing with death. There will be a giant altar inside a haunted castle, consciousness-altering drones, sparklers, heavy riffs, rock and roll, a ritual sacrifice, psychic flight AND MUCH MORE!!!
